Precautions on taking a MSM supplement
MSM appears to be very safe, and does not seem to harbor any serious side effects. However, until more studies are conducted, we suggest that you err on the side of caution and stick to lower doses of around 100mg.
Some people take up to 5,000mg per day, which we believe is unwarranted.
